Registration

First time access to Web Portal:

1. Click Student Login
2. Enter your Card Number
3. Enter your Temporary Password
   Your temporary password is your Last name plus the last four digits of your current card number. (Temporary card nubers starting with TP work fine)  Excluding all spaces and using only lowercase letters, Example:

Card Number		D80911234142
Temporary Password:		vanburen4142



4. If your temporary credentials are accepted, you will be required to create a new secure password. After you create your new password you will be required to login with the new password on ALL future visits.
5. Passwords requirements:
   Minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters, 1 must be a number
6. A valid email address is also required. If you do not have an email address on file, please contact the Training Center Office.

Lost password

After your first login and password change, if you ever forget your password; From the Portal Login page click “Forgot Password?” and instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email address on file. The email will come from no-reply@cnyjatc.org so whitelist that email address or check your Junk email folder.
